I began my career as a Florida REALTOR® in 2006 at the age of 30 and enjoy representing buyers and sellers of properties—offering consistent, trusted results, strong negotiation skills and in-depth market expertise. I’m a Coldwell Banker Agent and specialize in selling luxury and Waterfront properties in South Florida.
Originally from Louisiana, I moved to Florida in 1989 and I’m a homeowner. I’m a graduate of Florida State University and enjoy Fitness, Boating, community volunteer work, traveling, and attending Music, Art, and Sports events.
Committed to staying at the forefront of the industry, I consistently engage in continuing my Real Estate Education and enhancing the set of services that I offer buyers and sellers. I’ve been a member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing since 2008, earned the Designation of Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), and I’m a current member of the Elite Guild, which is membership awarded based on my sales of properties that were each sold with a purchase price of $2,000,000 or more. I’m also a graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI).
My Real Estate services include facilitation of property purchases, marketing and selling properties, property leases and both domestic and international relocation.
To obtain effective results, I use current marketing tools to maximize property exposure for sellers and also provide comprehensive search resources and support for buyers throughout their home search journey.

I maintain memberships in Southeast Florida’s 2 largest MLS’ (Beaches MLS and Miami MLS) which include the vast majorities of properties listed for sale through Brokers in Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade County.
I also have resources available to search for and identify off-Market property opportunities for Buyers.
