This week’s Condo sales numbers rose in Miami-Dade County compared to previous weeks.
The top sale was a $10 Million closing at Palazzo Della Luna on Fisher Island. Unit 6833 traded for more than $2,100 per square foot. Dora Puig represented the seller and buyer. Unit 6833 has 4 Bedrooms, 4.5 Baths and 4,757 Square Feet.
The second most expensive sale occurred at Fendi Château in Surfside. Unit 901 at 9349 Collins Avenue traded for $9.3 million, or $2,226 per square foot. Matias Alem was the listing agent and Steven Pesso was the buyer’s agent.
Condo sales dollar volume for the week totaled $171.2 million, more than double compared to $82.2 million the week before. Sales totaled 234, compared to 158 the previous week.

It traded for more than $1,800 per square foot after 120 days on the market. Nayla Pradines represented the seller, and Rosa Poler represented the buyer. Regalia Condo was built in 2014 and has a total of only 39 Units, with each Residence encompassing an entire Floor of the Building. Condos at Regalia range in size from 4 Bedrooms – 5 Bedrooms.
