The $9.5 million closing of a Tower Suite at Mansions at Acqualina led last week’s Condo sales in Miami-Dade County. Unit TS39 at Mansions at Acqualina in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida sold on September 27, 2021 for $1,031.00 per Square Foot. It was on the market for only 26 days before it sold. Mansions at Acqualina enjoys a direct Beachfront location and was built in 2015. Residences at Mansions at Acqualina have spacious Floor plans and range in size from 3-6 Bedrooms with ~4,609 – 7,980 Square Feet of Living Area, ~804 – 3,089 Square Feet of Terraces, premium interior finishes, private Elevator Entry, private Hot Tubs, and Smart Building Technology.
Condo sales dollar volume for the week reached $156 million, compared to nearly $91 million the week before. Sales totaled 240, compared to 184 the previous week.
- The second most expensive sale was the $7,700,000 sale of Penthouse 1708 at 1Hotel & Homes in Miami Beach on September 30, 2021. It was on the market for 56 days and sold for $3,320 per square foot.
- The third most expensive sale was The Grove at Grand Bay Unit 1701S in Coconut Grove, which sold for $7,400,000 on September 28, 2021 and was on the market for 120 days.
