For some Buyers, a Waterfront Condo purchase is preferable to purchasing a Single Family Waterfront Home with a Dock for several reasons:

  2. Lower Property Insurance cost
  3. More House for the money (a Waterfront Ocean Access Condo with a Dock can typically be purchased for much less than an Ocean Access Single Family Home of comparable size and other features)
  4. The availability of Amenities that might be offered
